This is the worst facility I have ever encountered. The level of care provided to residents and deplorable. The place is dirty, the staff is lazy and uncaring and the Administration is inept. The patients bells when calling for help is never answered while the staff stand around in the halls gossiping and ignoring them. I requested the assistance of an aide to assist me brother and his reply was he has been working 8 hours and had to full in for staff that called out so my brother can wait until change of shift. Also Ashar Cowell if the billing clerk. She submitted a long term care application with my brother’s knowledge or signature and when i approached her about it she said the doctor informed her that my brother was not competent to sign or handle his financial Affairs which is far from true. Needless to say I am going to pursue the facility legally. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY and check on the affairs of your loved that it there.

Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Facility is clean and I love the security measures that are in place for the patients safety and security. Techs are very good and on point with assistance and the nurses are too for the most part. My dislikes are if a tech is busy and a nurse is available, why can’t they assist? SOME of the nurses act as though they are to good to assist. Because various duties are assigned to the tech, that it is beneath them, the nurse to change the patient or provide assistance. I am noticing this same issue at other facilities as well. I will say if there is a problem or a concern, it is immediately addressed. .

Housekeeping do t want to keep the rooms clean , we took picture so we could show the Manager and we are trying to get a phone number for the owners and was told they don’t have one. The night nurse took my mother buster away from her and told her not to call her at all.my mother has been home for a week and we are try to get her therapy one and therapy two and a nurse and the. Nurse that give them a bath . Was told we would get a call that Monday two later. I have been calling Rossville for two day a total of five time and I have still not hear from 6 days later and the place smell of urine because they don’t check the patients but twice a day my would go 12 hours I hope this helps you decide if you want to go there

Worst rehabilitation facility ever. Patients wait for hours before someone comes into their room, food is disgraceful and disgusting, not enough techs and nurses that rely solely on the techs to do a job the nurses should be sharing the responsibility for (i.e., dressing patients, changing adult diapers, helping patients use the bathroom, etc.). I would give it zero stars but ended up with one.
