My 100-year-old grandmother has been living here for a month now after moving from another senior care facility in Lancaster. We are very pleased with her level of care. There is much more of a variety of food options compared to other places of the like, a caring and professional staff, more of a family atmosphere, numerous activities available for the residents, and the facility is clean and tidy. Also, Admission Director, Andrew Walter, goes above and beyond to make families feel that they are a part of process.

Because he can be needy he lays on his call bell he hasn''t been ignored like he was in LGH. The staff has been of great service in personal issues as well as his physical needs. I am so glad he''s there and the staff is accommodating. I know he''s in good hands.

Anytime you''re hungry, you can always get a snack if you want it. The staff all are very pleasant and helpful. If I ever needed anything, they would always get it. Therapy department is very good here to help transition from hospital to home. The rehab staff are efficient.

As we get ready to leave ProMedica after only three weeks. We are so grateful for the wonderful care my husband received. He could not stand up when we arrived, now he can stand and walk with a walker. Earlene was so much help to us arranging transportation to dialysis 3x a week. We can''t say enough about the compassion the nurses and aides showed to my husband. The Physical Therapy was awesome and they really cared about him. We thank Ashley for all the extra touches to make my husband comfortable.
