Really the worst. Had a very good experience previously- maybe had too high level of expectation. Within less than six weeks loved one was overmedicated then turned out to two emergency rooms. Diagnosis was undiagnosed UTI - that was used to send loved one to Behavioral Hospital. Family private pay to hold room while LA had no intentions to take loved one back. Numerous messages about hearing aids etc that were never transferred or accounted for were not returned. Family was left hanging and left to figure it out on their own but be assured LA got their money and made sure they had no liability / accountability. Horrible experience.

Had a loved one in Memory Care who ended up overmedicated with less than two months. They were sent to Skilled Care sharing a room that was meant for one person. Set up to be transferred out via Emergency Room for a UTI that was never diagnosed by Luther Acres staff. Luther Acres had no intentions of taking our LO back yet they took thousands of dollars to hold bed space. We made numerous calls about missing hearing aids and personal items that were never returned. While LutherAcres looks like they have all of the high end amenities - the well being of residents and peace of mind of family members is their last priority.
