Linwood Meadows remarkable facility! From the admission process to discharge, the care of each Elder is customized to meet their individual physical and psychosocial needs. The atmosphere is warm, loving, and the employees are competent and professional. We strive to meet each Elder where they are, and help them to reach their personal best in a dignified and respectful manner. The Linwood staff have a sincere desire to discharge our Elders home in better condition than when we received them. Personally, caring for our Elders is a labor of love. I wouldn''t want to work anywhere else.

I am wondering why they even have 4.3 stars to begin with… this place is awful. I have not worked here or have a family member but I do have some indoor insight. the stories I’ve heard about this place is disgusting. It makes me worried about the human race when I hear things about like the ones I am going to expose. If you decide this is a good home for your loved ones please rethink your decision before you send a family member here. They mistreat them by letting them stay in their filth, clean their stations and beds with a cleaning supply such as a mop that has been previously used in the bathrooms. Abandoned individuals in the hallway without a care in the world. One of the nurses shoved a spoon full of food with force at one of the male patients. Speaking of food they expect for them to feed themselves when they could barely move a finger. The people inside do not care about their job. How does the AC not work for the elderly when it’s over 105 degrees outside. The boss in charged is under qualified and overworks part time employees. They think they have an high anarchy just because they have a career but still mistreat their patients. Many of them think they are too good to work there therefore allows them to have an inappropriate mindset that leads them of not doing their jobs correctly. Why are you a nurse or get into this field if you do not have simple people manners. They have inhumane behavior. The state NEEDS to get involved.
Read moreI absolutely love Linwood Meadows, it''s staff, and the residents! I am on staff as an Occupational Therapy provider and I can say with certainty that this place is a well oiled machine!
I called Linwood Meadows in regards to long term care. I spoke with admissions and the were very pleasant. They offered to give me a tour, however, I am from out of town. They directed me to their video on the website. I was pleased with the information they gave me.
I have worked at Linwood Meadows for 1 year in the Therapy department, and working with their residents has been the most rewarding experience in watching them progress to their prior capabilities.
