I was quite favorably impressed. The place was clean and bright, the staff were friendly and helpful without being asked, the halls are nice and wide, with fun decorations. The common areas were attractive and inviting, and the room I visited was quite nice, if seriously overheated, but the windows work. Having recently escaped from another not so nice facility myself after a surgery, I was really pleasantly surprised.

Perfect experience
I had staff lie to my sister about what I was able to do. Kim the social worker is the biggest one who lies. The one place that I needed help is with socks, provide to me.shoes and general care and that help was not available.
My dad has everything he needs and is being well taken care of!! Thanks for making my dad feel special
