I walked in for an interview; while filling out paperwork I heard the most beautiful voice. An elder was missing his family; she stopped immediately and asked if you needed to talk alone. The elder said no, the young lady got the elder to sing most beautiful hymn with her. It brought tears to my eyes and I couldn’t help but raise my hands to praise the Lord. I have worked at many homes but I’m so proud to be part of this team. Because of the love and commitment that was quite apparent in the care love and warmth of everyone and everything I was privileged to witness as I was filling out my paperwork- I had the privilege of getting to know a couple more elders who talked to me as I was sitting there. All I can say is THANK YOU JESUS 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏❤️🙌🏻

I waited a few weeks to do a review for LCCO, as the tour, early conversations and the first few days were very good. I did not want to fall victim to a honeymoon phase only to be let down later. We have been with LCCO for three weeks not and have not been let down. JudyWanner, Trisha Steel, Teresa MacDonald, and Kim Wagoner were wonderful from our introduction tour of the facilities trough our intake and every day after. The staff and skilled nursing have treated my mother well and with dignity. She loves it there, especially the rehab facility and the Therapist. She speaks positive, daily, about the relationships she is making with staff and other residents. I did not rate LCCO higher as I feel one, there is always room for improvement. Lastly, I believe they are suffering from a shortage in labor and skilled nurses. As we visited several other facilities in the Omaha area, we were told they also were suffering from a shortage in labor and skilled nurses, so we did expect this. Sometimes my mother will need to ask several times for meds or other needs. This is very rare, but it does happen. When this happens, there is always an apology to her for the delay. All in all, we are very please with her care, therapy and treatment. Thank you Lamont Barrientos
