We toured Aksarben Village. The staff did a really good job explaining the place and took me to two different rooms to look at their four different layouts. The facilities were very clean and everything was well cared for. There was quite a bit of staff when I was looking and walking around and there were also residents walking around. They seemed like they were very happy, you look at them and know that they look like they're well-cared for. hey had all the amenities and they also offered classes, they had a very wide variety of activities. From what I saw, the menu looked like they had a lot of different options for my father to choose from in regards to food because he stayed in a nursing facility where they were limited on what he could get.

This center is the place that all families dream about for their loved one who needs the care they can no longer give. I visited my great aunt and was so pleased to see her so happy and well cared for by an incredible staff. She raved about their caring and pleasant dispositions and how she would not want to be anywhere else. The added advantages that I noted were that the facitily is centrally located and when it came to meal time, there was a wide range of options for the residents to choose from. I left my aunt feeling calm and content to know that she was in a place that covered all her needs and much, much more. Thank you to all of the staff and directors of Aksarben Village Senior Living Community. We are truly grateful as a family!

Aksarben Village was really beautiful. The facility itself was classy, updated, and lovely. The staff was really lovely, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-organized. The layout was lovely, and I was impressed with that facility. They had a nice dining room, workout room, courtyard, large and spacious communal areas for socializing. They also have a salon, and a little gift shop where residents could purchase cards and small gifts for family members. I thought the amenities there looked wonderful. It was spectacular.

My parents will be moving into Aksarben Village. They provide three meals a day and the right size room for them. It's very clean, very new, it's 5 years old, and they are repainting the apartment and putting in new carpet before my parents move in, so that's an added benefit. The staff is very helpful and good about communicating back and forth as we make arrangements to get them moved. We saw the dining area, however, they're under stage 1 quarantine, so the meals are delivered to my parents' room for the next 14 days. They have a nice exercise room and a movie theater. Mom and dad like the location. It's not cheap, but they're worth it.

Aksarben Village was a very nice community, both my parents were there about 3 years ago. It's very well-appointed and very well-staffed. They would publish a monthly newsletter, they do outings, bingo, they have lots of activities available like movie nights. I ate there several times and it was good. The staff was professional and caring and a well-managed community. Their room at the time was very nice, it's a relatively new community and only less than 10 years old. It was very well-maintained. They had a courtyard and other outdoor areas as well. There's a laundry machine on my mother's room although she prefers to do her own. Towards the end of her stay there, they were administrating all the meds, changing her diabetic socks and that type of stuff.
