My mother was checked into to this facility and hasn’t had the best experience. When we are there with her we try and call the nurse and they never come. I have had to walk to the front desk each time to finally get someone to come. We spoke to a nutritionist they gave and they said they will be giving my mother soft food, she barely gets that. They don’t even bring her water! I’ve had to bring her water bottles to make sure she stays hydrated. I am so thankful she will be released from this place on Thursday.

He told us her aid left to run an errand but he would help her. So much for a good first impression. We''ll make sure to have a family member visit daily so we can make sure she''s being taken care of properly

My experience was very positive. At patient discharge the nurse was exceptional when explaining my mother''s loadout of medications and making sure she had a supply to take home. Her chart was prepped and communicated to her primary care doctor so he could continue to assist in her care once she was brought home. The staff worked well with our care giver for showering and physical therapy. Any mishaps were ironed out with good communication.
