Beautiful community — It has a more intimate setting than most memory care communities, along with a warm feel. Very clean, friendly staff and happy residents!

I came there to visit a friend and I noticed a few things that made me think hard about this place. First the executive director didn''t speak at all. The coordinator wasn''t, dressed professionally not for work. Also she had no clue how to talk to the people under her. I noticed that as i was sitting there waiting , thinking about the workers that under them, I couldn''t imagine how they feel. How do you want or think some other new residents want to come their to enjoy there remain years.

I worked there for 2 months and was fired because I was getting sick my supervisor was sick all the time I was a cook and I didn''t like the way they treated the residents there they always smelled like urine..

My 89 year old mom recently stayed at Redwood Terrace for 2 weeks following a stay in the hospital. My brother, mom, and I were so impressed with the level of care she received. First of all, she had her own private room...this is not the case in many other facilities. The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone from the people that cleaned her room everyday to the nurses, occupational/physical therapists, doctor, and other patients. She is now healthy and living independently back in her own home. Our family is very grateful for the staff at Redwood Terrace!
