Never answer the phone, won’t help my grandpa use the restroom, hours late on food, disrespectful nurses….the list goes on
Terrible. Tried calling numerous times just to be thrown on hold every time, then from hold you just get sent to endless ringing until they eventually just don’t pick up and the call automatically ends. Useless
The nurses were nice and friendly, but this facility is far from being leisurely. My father was on a mat on the dirty floor! They tried to tell me that’s what he wanted but he couldn’t talk, never bothered to call me and tell me that they had lost his clothes. They are all about money.
My grandmother was living here for only 2weeks and they didn''t even tell her or the family that she had COVID 19. I removed her as soon as possible and cut off communication with leisure.
A wonderful homelike environment, surrounding an enclosed courtyard where the residents enjoy visiting, activities, fresh air & sunshine. The facility also features “Courtyard Rooms” with easy access through sliding glass doors to the courtyard patio sitting area.
The staff is great here, very clean building, very home like setting.
