I loved the time I was in Legacy Village for a knee replacement. The PT staff is excellent as are the.nursing staff. My husband and I come back for PT and frankly wouldn''t go anywhere else.

This my favorite place. Matt and Lisa and all of the staff are friendly and always helpful.

A female driver of a patient transport van parked too close to my car and hit side mirror hard as she carelessly opened her door. I yelled "Hey you just hit my car!" and she said "sorry" without stopping to look. She just walked away without a care in the world. I took pictures and called the manager of the facility who was immediately defensive. She defended this person by saying she has worked there for 18 years, and blah, blah, blah and then to add insult to injury said, "Well I will ask her side of the story". What other side? I didn''t ask for $ or file a report, I just wanted her to be aware. My fear is that if the manager gets this defensive of her employees over this type of incident, how do they treat the residents and their loved ones if an issue or complaint comes up? I would never leave someone in a place where they do not have the ability to listen and their first response is to get defensive in favor of their own employees. Yikes!
