This is the #1 worst place to work the people some special workers get away with absolutely everything. Residents wait for almost hours because there is no teamwork between the staff and there is also no communication between the staff and it’s not cool to let one person do all the work. Showing favoritism to an employee and let them run all the good new aids off or get them fired isn’t a good look either. I love my job dearly and my title and however and whatever the case may be the good lord I will listen to from now on last time I will ever ignore him.
