Emily is very unprofessional from the way she treats her employees to how she talks to them. You would think as a manager you would be the person guiding your employees through their job to help them. Not responding to messages they send you is just blatantly rude. We get you have a life too but it’s your job as manager to help and if you cannot fulfill that you shouldnt be in that role. People like you are the reason people don’t want to work in nursing homes, who wants to work in a place they don’t feel respected, heard, and valued? No one.
