Do not bring your loved ones here terrible place. Staff it always short so people are forced to do jobs that are not even in their job description. Payroll is always messing up on peoples checks making them miss hours or the whole check. The nursing stations don’t answer the phone when you call. The administrator ( Bein) thinks she’s infallible. Only 2 stars because some staff members made it tolerable other than that this place is a death sentence.

My grandmother was here and my family always called to check up on her and they always said she was good until me and my mother came and they told us my grandmother passed away March of 2020 and we found out 2021 and they don''t even know where the body is at. They need to be shut down ASAP

Awful place. Called to check on my fiancé and someone on the phone told me that he gave my fiancé’s someone else’s medication!!!!!!!!!!!! And I asked for the persons name on the phone and he said “it doesn’t matter” DO NOT LET ESPECIALLY BROOKDALE HOSPITAL SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER THERE

I would rather be on rikers island...the elderly are treated poorly and all others worse off than that. I would rather be on rikers island...the elderly are treated poorly and all others worse off than that. Yet their are a slim few staff members that are nice and kind...if I had to rate this place I would give it a negative 4stars...but I guess you can not be honest. All in all the treatment is poor...poor on the profeism. And very very poor daily attitudes all day.
