If you want your loved one to have good care avoid this place they don''t answer call lights only give showers once a week won''t help change clothes only way your family member will get treated right is if you can go there and sit with them every day aids are lazy we had a apt I called three days prior telling them when I needed him ready and guess what not ready was still in bed and I asked for help dressing him Noone came to help and Courtney in the office is rude and lazy but no one there seems to want to do there job people are dying in this place because of the staff

You should be shut down and everyone there should not be able to touch another person in healthcare. Absolute disgrace.

My grandpa has been here for several weeks and the care has not been up to standard! He checked in on a Monday and was not given a shower until Thursday, after having hip surgery!! The staff does not respond to "help" calls, his roommate has requested help to use the restroom and waited over a half hour, then had multiple accidents because no one came. The staff does not clean up, there are flies and ants in the rooms and food is left to sit out for over 24 hours. Do better for our elderly Laurels!!
