Overall we have been pleased with Langdon Place for assisted living. It has a beautiful well maintained indoor pool. They organize lots of musical events They even have pool parties and barbecues. The dining room staff are kind. The chef prepares excellent meals. The administrators keep the family up to date with a weekly family call and they quickly answer our questions Denise is a great resource. The nurses at Langdon place are amazing. During the hot weather they check on the assisted living residents. When they checked on my lived one they made her laugh they checked the windows an and air temperature and made sure she had cold water to drink. It is relief for me to know I can rely on Langdon to keep her safe.

I started interviewing facilities in the Nashua areas when my parents mental and physical health started declining. I was impressed with Langdon Place, however, at that time my Dad was not ready to take this next step. Denise caringly checked in with me every few months until the ''day'' Mom took a major turn for the worse. Denise was able to get my ailing Mother into the dementia care unit and a few weeks later Denise secured an apartment for my Father after he had a bad fall at the house. My parents were able to be together in the final few weeks of my Mother''s life. The staff here at Langdon took such great care from my Mother. I was there every day and sometimes into the night, everyone who cared for my Mom went above and beyond to keep her comfortable. They were and still are very loving and consoling towards me. To this day, my Dad is a resident at Langdon Place. He misses his house, but he is very safe and comfortable here, the staff takes great care for him. My siblings and I can relax now. There is a sense of community at Langdon Place, I enjoy my visits with Dad, I think he does too, lol.

Langdon Place of Nashua has been an exceptionally positive experience for us... Moved my dad up here to New England from Virginia after both my mom & my brother passed in 2020 & 2021. The rooms are really nice (and spacious), the staff has always gone above and beyond to be helpful, and for me, it''s close enough so I can visit easily and often. They work hard to provide activities and outside excursions for the residents (some participate more than others, of course). There''s a pool with a hot tub, and several activity rooms of various sizes. The residents who are able and inclined really make it a community. They have nurses on premises 24/7, and are able to provide primary care services via an affiliated Nurse Practitioner, with a good connection to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. They''ve been able to keep all staff and residents fully vaccinated - doesn''t mean they haven''t had any COVID cases, but it almost entirely has been just positive tests with no symptoms or very mild symptoms at most, and this is a huge plus. In the year and several months he''s been at Langdon Place (starting in Oct 2021), we''ve had absolutely no regrets about choosing Langdon Place. Updating my original review to say: We subsequently moved my mother-in-law here in June 2022, which reflects our continuing satisfaction.

Hi All, I can certainly tell you something about Langdon Place of Nashua! My wife, Mary, has been a resident there for 2 years, and I have visited her every day or night except for probably 2 snow nights, so I know Langdon! Fortunately, our condo is only a mile away, where I reside, so I do not have far to drive. Mary receives excellent services and care at Langdon. She only needs the first level of medical care (medicines) right now, and the nursing staff is very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and helpful. My Mom was in a Nursing home in Lowell many years ago, so I have had past experiences with such facilities (and the smell upon entry), BUT NOT so at Langdon Place which is very clean and generally no unusual smells. The long Hallway rugs are cleaned by professions on a reasonable schedule. Apartment cleaning and Laundry services are provided for the residents, and the maintenence department keeps everything working in your apartment and at the Place. There are many, many fun activities during each week both onsite and offsite for those interested, especially at holiday times, and a great pool for residents able to take a swim. Most important is the kitchen and the dining room for residents who wish to leave their appartment. The meals are generally very good and residents, who do not wish to or cannot go to the dining room, are served in their appartment. The meal trays are delivered and picked up by kitchen staff. The residents select their weekly meal choices from a menu provided before each week. Langdon provides a WiFi signal, so you can have the internet, and the resident then may obtain cable or streaming services for TV.
