The place smelled and looked clean and fresh. I was stunned though that the residents aren’t provided Internet access so even with bringing my own computer and HDMI cable, I couldn’t share a movie with my friend.
I find the environment to be very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The food has made “Minor” improvements, the front desk people need to learn to acknowledge incoming guests…I had to engage to get them to speak. The administrator seems very aloof!!! I’ve noticed improvement in the CNA’s with the technology being a good improvement, however the facility seems a bit colder in general as your staff is more distanced, not as friendly as they once were!! I also believe your “food program” still has a huge challenge to prepare better food and definitely could be served much Hotter!l The administer very complimentary to those with good reviews, Does he ever respond to more critical about the Facility, why does he avoid us like the plague?? This has been his MO since he arrived! My vote for administration would be to include or report to the very nice lady that sits next to the Administration office. A reply or or response would be nice.!!!!!! Not a fan thus Farr!!! The Son of a Mother that Lives at the facility !!Shame on The Administrator.
