Worked at this place. The pay was abismal and the staff did not care because the environment was a real bummer. This company does not have nurse and aid meeting at the begining of the shift. Only place I worked that did not communicate, that is very needed to learn about care changes. Everybody does that. If you can''t afford new Richland care center, and ended up here so sorry. The facilities could use an upgrade, have you ever pushed a 250 lb person down 2 ramps it is Very scary. I am surprised no clients or staff were injured on the steep ramp when I was there. Have you ever met an activities director that force clients to participate in their daily singing? Because singing the SAME five songs 4 days a week definitely counts as as an afternoon "activity". And to break it up there was bingo. Which was the only really interactive activity they did. But it''s ok because every one over 65 likes bingo.🙄 Maybe this company has changed but the same family still owns it. So I very much doubt it. Terrible activities, old creepy facilities, terrible pay= terrible staff. Don''t believe me about the staff, call reception. 😔
