We are happy to share a testimony of excellence in so many ways from KMH. It was very difficult to move mom from her home. She was not compliant with the move and therefore very hard for us as she was difficult with the staff and certain rules she must follow. The director, all staff and the residents have been a testimony of love, patience and never giving up on her. She spends so much more time out of her room than we ever imagined she would. She loves to sit out by the huge stone fireplace with other residents and we hear that she smiles, participates in conversation and even some of the activities. I have witnessed day in and day out while dining with her 2 meals a day for a week in early December. I watched the staff take days to decorate for Christmas while seeing all the residents perk up a little more each day while they transformed the place with lights and their own friendly smiles. The place is the perfect place for mom.

Thank you for kicking my grandpa out of his apartment after him living there for only four days because you didn''t take into consideration his assessment that he had done two weeks before he moved in. You knew his physical and mental condition but still put him in the lowest level of care. You knew that he would need more care. You didn''t even give him a chance to acclimate to the new environment. And you threatened to put him in memory care without his families permission? Now we have to scramble to find another place to move him into. My family and I are beyond disgusted with you guys.
