This place needs to be tore down,alot of people only gave good reviews because they work there,,Lisa Chavis the rudest lady in that facility and they have her at the door she doesn''t ask the cover 19 questions to everyone,she didn''t ask me no questions,she need to be fired.The receptionist lady Pam don''t never want to get up and help nobody,,and has a very nasty attitude towards some visitors and residents.Ingrid the administration just care about those residents.Ive spoken to several residents and they don''t even know her as the administration.You can''t tell she''s there for a pay check,never seen a unprofessional administration like her in my life.Ive heard alot of complaints about her,no wonder they are under staff.

I drove two and a half hours to visit this facility regarding a possible resident. This is the nastiest looking nursing facility I have EVER seen! There were lots of boxes at the front door and nasty rocking chairs. The boxes were not neatly stacked. The concrete was filthy as if it had never been cleaned. When I walked in, the attitudes were awful. Very unfriendly and unconcerned staff! I asked to speak with Admissions. Of course, he wasn’t there. I asked for a brochure. Of course, they didn’t have one. I asked if the appearance of the front was always like that. The receptionist rudely said the were remodeling. That is no excuse! Be careful placing a loved one in a place like that. The website was a bunch of lies on how you would be greeted when entering the building. I would not leave my cat in that filth.

I just had a loved one leave this facility and I was thoroughly pleased with their care. The staff was caring and kept me informed of all their needs and made sure I was involved in all their care aspects
My family member stayed here and they were well taken care of. They were changed in a timely manner and whenever they ringed their light an aid come to them.
This is probably the best place I have been. The staff members are so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone
