This place is horrible. No cooperation with social services. Never get a returned call. I worked for a week getting my husband transferred. They are rationed on coffee and he only got water twice. He drank out of same cup for four days. I took him food and bottled water. They brought his dinner to him without any utensils. Rico helped him a lot. Call lights went unanswered. Most administrative personnel go home at 3. The other times you are told they are in meetings probably discussing ways to make their patients more miserable than they are already. I turned them into State, Quality of care with Medicare and the Clark county ombudsman. My husband was transferred from there today after complaining of a sore throat and chest congestion to Wedgewood personally. When he got to the new facility, he tested positive. At least I called to let them know for the sake of the gentleman who was in his room. This place in my opinion should be closed. Don''t let your loved one go there. I could have lost my husband of 51 years. I was told by social services they are making improvements. Maybe they should consider the patients first. I wish I could give them -5.

Outdated double room, only single flat sheet on the bed, no pillows when I arrived with my son, light behind the bed had a cord too short to reach, call button with no intercom, old box television sets that had maintenance out multiple times to fix in the short time I was there, no breakfast tray brought in until a nurse was told I didnt recieve one, although, roommate had one delivered. Food eas greasy and bary edible. Aides complained about requests for maintenance issues, maintenance complained about being understaffed when replacing toliet paper, calls for assistance were not answered promptly. I was supposed for be assisted with restroom because of a broken ball joint in my shoulder I finally got hot up by myself and prayed I wouldn''t fall. Room was 80 degrees all night. It was brutal.

Horrible facility! The employees don''t care for or about the patients at ALL and their energy and attitudes are very negative. Its sickening!

This is the worst ran facility I’ve seen , my wife is here and I’m trying to get her out she is on the 200 hall and their is usually 2 very sweet Caucasian dark headed girls that work over there and my wife loves them they take good care of the residents on that hall here lately they haven’t been over there and my wife is upset over the girls not being in her area anymore and now she has two aids on the hall that she feels like don’t like her and she feels like she is a bother on to them while they play on their phones and ignore her if I could them a 0 star rating I would I can not wait to get my wife out of this place
