This facility is nothing but horrible, they have workers who just sit on the job and do nothing but play on there phone. They never stick to the care plan even when they made suggestions. This facility is nothing but horrible, they have workers who just sit on the job and do nothing but play on there phone. They never stick to the care plan even when they made suggestions. Dawnzell and Joe have made promises after promises and yet to see any action. Neglect, violence and unsanitary situations are all there. I can go on for days of all the incidents going on or that happened. Please do not take any of your loved ones there. They might fall and you won''t be told about it Negative a million stars

I would really check into this place before I put my loved one in here. I don''t know if the staff is overwhelmed or what is going on, there is something that isn''t right with this place.There''s no introductory of anything when you 1st walk in the door. They tell you to call & check on your loved one but no one answers the phone. Staff are very rude, you''ll get contradicting answers to your questions.Theyll roll their eyes at you walking down the hall.This makes you wonder, are they really giving your loved one the best care they can if they contradict themselves. I would give a negative 99 stars if I could. The place is dirty, they don''t use the showers. I would not put my worst enemy here if I had one! My loved ones things were stolen upon exit & this made her very upset. I write this review in hopes that something will change, not to degrade anyone, or their service.

This "facility" has the audacity to double bill my mother and threaten to evict my father, a veteran, after they have lost and refused to pay for some of his items, including clothing and his bottom dentures! This "facility" has the audacity to double bill my mother and threaten to evict my father, a veteran, after they have lost and refused to pay for some of his items, including clothing and his bottom dentures! They lost his dentures and refused to pay for new ones. Now RH is having their "big strong men" call and threaten my mother with legal action. They''re going to make her appear before a health board, adding more stress to a woman who is taking care of a spouse with dementia, among other health issues, plus dealing with her own health matters, including a pace maker and a damaged heart from a recent mild heart attack. If you need to place your loved one in a nursing facility stay away from Rolling Hills! They don''t care about the residents at all, will lose their stuff, and will try and double bill you before Medicare kicks in. I don''t know how these monsters sleep at night. UPDATE - my father was a patient with Rolling Hills facility about 2-3 years ago. While there, his clothing, dentures, and wedding ring were stolen and he was left unattended at times receiving bruises and soiling himself without it being taken care of. Also, RH sent threatening voicemails to my mother because she wouldn''t pay a double billing that they decided out of the blue to send. We hade to get an advocate involved to set things right. Now, my mother is trying to sell her house and she just now found out that RH have a $3000 lien on the house making it difficult to get paid off and sold. She was NEVER notified about this, so it makes me think RH are once again trying to scam my mother. The staff mistreated my father, stole his things, and falsely billed my mother, and now this scam of the unknown lien. I''m preparing to take my story of how awful RH is to social media and local news stations. They will not get away with this.

I am highly impressed with the staff -very attentive to any concerns and the level of service is phenomenal . THANK YOU
