My Aunt B. Caramucci was a resident at Pacific Heights Transitional Care Center for 2.5 years. During this time she was well supported and treated with utmost care. This facility was a Godsend to our family as our Aunt needed 24 hour care. The staff was highly communicative when concerns about her care arose. We were very grateful for the treatment she received from the staff on the 4th floor and also to the administrative staff that handled her delicate financial needs to help her remain in 24 hour care. Thank you to Pacific Heights Transitional Care Center for the kind care my aunt received during her time at your facility.

Its hard when your parent gets older and need more help then you can give. I''m grateful that staff has cared for my mother. Staff will contact me if there are concerns or other matters that come up. Most concerns/questions i have are always answered. Would appreciate more notice for family calls rather then same day. Lastly Allen, BusMgr has always been available when i had questions and assistance.
