I was at the horrible facility last year. All they did was change the name from Kenilworth to the current name. I was fortunate enough to get the hell out of there. I talked to George, who runs the place, about numerous safety issues, filth and some of the staff, and I called the state. I went to another facility back on the west coast. I''m horrified to know that this place is still in operation and has not been shut down by AHCA. Simply put, it is a warehouse for people to die and endure ongoing neglect.

My dad spent his remaining time at this horrible place. During COVID, they would not let us viist or social distance. We could talk through a window, which a nurse came and slammed the window on us. We brought him food, and they put it on a table where he couldn''t reach it. My dad had bed sore from not being taken care of. He was always dirty when we visited him. They stole his belongings. My sister went to get his stuff when he passed away, and half of his belongings were missing. If you want to bring your loved one to a place to die a miserable death, take them here. I wish I could give them zero stars!

They’re absolute butchers. Heartless monsters. They literally killed my aunt. She went to rehab from hip surgery, had no other issues, and the isolated her, would leave her phone unhooked and wouldn’t answer our calls. Between their neglect of her wounds and infections and the loneliness brought on by them isolating her and neglecting to take calls she died. She was only in her 50s. Absolute monsters.

Time to shut down this nightmare of a place. If I could give them 1000 negative stars I would. I''m in the healthcare industry and the way people are treated here is incomprehensible. I live in Maryland. Each time I visited my father he was filthy, in a hospital gown, not shaved, left in a dirty diaper, finger nails long, and food on his face, the place is a rat pit. Plus they stole my father''s belongings non stop. The staff lacks any type of empathy. They allowed people to go outside and smoke during Covid, not my father who didn''t smoke. These people NEED fresh air! There is not a single positive thing I can say about this facility and their staff. I feel sorry for the residents who have no one to check on them or advocate for them. Seriously, the place needs to be shut down permanently!! Where is the Florida Department of Public Health??
