My sister had occupational/physical rehab here for a couple weeks. Staff is friendly and professional. Nurse even braided her hair for her. Food was decent. Her room needed some cosmetic attention, nothing major. (We did rush her move in time frame) Overall good experience.

My mother was moved here from Parkview Noble. She was sent there to be rehabilitate due to complications of wounds and ulcers from her lupus. I left for vacation on a Thursday. I changed her bandages from her staph infection before leaving. I came home from my vacation on Monday to find out she was not being taken care of. She had the same bandages on that I changed. Then as I talk to her I find out she went almost 3 days without her medication and had been sitting in the same spot the whole time and was not being "Rehabilitated" as they said they would be doing. She was supposed to be up and moving around and getting back on her feet. Instead she was left in a chair wayching T.V. on a T.V that was from the 80s. With all the money it cost for health care you would think they could at least have a decent T.V. My mothers room smelled of Urine every time her heat turned on also as if someone uninated in her heater. In my opinion I wouldn''t let anyone from there water my mother''s flowers let alone take care of her. They are the lowest grade of nursing and health care you could ever want. I wouldn''t recommend them to anyone you love and care for. Take your time picking a place for your loved ones if they are worth it to you. Its a shame I am forced to give this place one star and I can''t rate it any lower.
