Want to add to this now that this place KILLED MY GRANDFATHER..that if you’re loved one is here you can guarantee they are not supervised or cared for correctly. My detailed review below is just one instance of many and the last instance took my paps life. I hope the nurse that left food for my pap to get is enjoying her thanksgiving with her loved ones while our family doesn’t have our rock cause she let my pap choke on food he was to be fed by a professional with. And they tried to hide it and say my sister fed him when she didn’t…sick individuals run this place and they really had to nerve to treat us like royalty after this happened like they know they screwed up..DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE. Would give 0 stars if was an option. Literally your loved ones DO NOT get any of the treatment, supervision, anything they “say” they do. PT doesn’t happen, awareness is NOT existent, urgency is NOT existent..literally press the call button to help my grandfather who won’t answer me and never gets like this takes 15 minutes for a nurse to come just for the little girl to say oh yeah I don’t know what I can do he’s a big guy (my paps 100 pounds) then a saying oh Israel is back from break in 15 minutes he can come then….and walks away seriously?! Then this guy comes and says oh yeah I’ll move him later he is a lot to handle we medicated him with dinner to mello him out. I go what? He is sound asleep not responding even if I try to wake him and you won’t move him to a bed?! Unreal. Said he will come back later to deal with him….WHAT IF SOMETHING IS ACTUALLY WRONG Literally I am just in amazement of this absolutely amazed
