The difference in care, cleanliness, positive feelings, and personal treatment between sunrise and her former residence was like night and day. I got the feeling that Sunrise really cared and they had a medical team caring for her and updating me daily on how they were helping her. Her room was always clean and so was she. She even liked the food. She never had any complaints after moving to Sunrise. Even the dying process was made easier to bear due to the staffs caring nature. I highly recommend Sunrise of McCandless.

I would give negative stars if I could. RUN AWAY! We were disgusted by the quality of care. Staff was uncooperative. Seems like it is all about the money and not about the patient.
