They do not pay the bills! contracted to do repairs and 6 months later they still are refusing to pay. Everything was operational, they are not disputing the work just won''t pay. Be wary.
My mother stayed at this facility from August 2023 to October 13, 2023. She contracted pneumonia in the facility and died on October 26, 2023. I would say more, but I am seeking legal advice.

The property is lovely and looks very new. I''m grateful that Ivy Springs is where Dad now calls home!

My mom stayed here for a 2 week respite stay so my husband and I could go on a cruise. She has done this many times in the past in our old location. I made it very clear that she had maculor degeneration, but loved the exercise classes, crafts and bingo. She would need someone to come get her and help her with these activities. Also, she would need to go to beauty shop twice during her stay. When I arrived to take her home, she was sitting on her walker(something she never does) and was looking very lost. I ask why she was on her walker, she replied that this is where she was left and told to get herself in the recliner. When I tried to help her, she couldn''t stand at all. She was walking fine when I left her. While trying to talk to her, she said she asked to go to the activities, beauty shop and help finding her favorite TV shop. Most times she was told ok, but nothing was ever done. Her time was spent sitting in her room alone. While packing her stuff up to leave, i opened several dtawers that were empty when i left her, to find them full of mens clothes. No one could expain where the clothes came from. She was miserable. I was so alarmed by her behavior I took her from the Retreat to the ER where she was admitted. This respite stay was no Retreat but a nightmare. So sad because on the surface they seemed very nice.
