This is a good place to work. The residents are nice.
I currently work at the on-site clinic Primary Care Solutions at Discovery Village Vero Beach. Since working here, I have found the residents happy and fulfilled. The staff is amazing, compassionate and supportive. I highly recommend this community for your loved ones.
I was very impressed with apartment floor plans. The entire building was clean, well decorated, and spacious. The offerings of activities and medical care exceeded my expectations. Also, the restaurant food was very good.

I tried everything in my power to hold out on this review my next step is the BBB. My mother moved in with with endless "yeses" and false promises. They haven''t cleaned her apartment in over 4 weeks. (It was promised weekly) we''ve asked numerous times why. "Oh they''ll get to you". The maintenance people are nice, but won''t respond to work orders. They actually moved my mother into an apartment and are NOW refusing to give her inside door knobs. DOOR KNOBS! YES SHE HAS DOORS THAT CANNOT BE USED. They claimed that she has to buy and supply her own door knobs... An elderly woman who cannot drive is supposed to supply mandatory items for her rental unit? I don''t believe this makes sense. I''ve called Angela and Jamie multiple time, left messages, with no call back. They are used car salesman that will yes you to death but give you nothing they''ve promised. My mothers AC has been out for 24 hours. Her apartment was stuck at 86°. No call back, no response. She has a heart condition. I''m trying to find someone to take her out of this place so she can at least survive a few more days. Their "24 hour number" is fake and goes straight to voicemail. If you have locked yourself out or lost your key, don''t bother, go to a hotel. I''m working on hiring a lawyer and breaking the lease. This place is a SCAM and probably filled with abusers based on what I know now. Can''t wait to get her out. I will update this review if anyone makes this right. But I''m not holding my breath for a response.
