We had a lot of different caregivers, they did not have anyone steady for the weekends. The administration is extremely difficult to get a hold of, I know they are short staffed but we need to be informed. Based on our experience I would not recommend their services to others.
It's going quite well. Their help has been a real life saver for my mom. They've been professional, friendly, and helpful with my dad. They've been respectful and treated him with dignity, and that's been a great comfort to my mom.
Interim HealthCare is very good. They have a nurse come in for my dad to do stuff for him. They also clean, they help with bathing, cooking the meals, and laundry. The caregiver is very polite and professional.
