This facility is not that great ! The night staff are always in their phones and ignore call lights and take forever to help the patients. Sometimes we have to go grab them to come help my family member. There is also no security there which is terrible. My family member has had a random patient bar...

This facility is not that great ! The night staff are always in their phones and ignore call lights and take forever to help the patients. Sometimes we have to go grab them to come help my family member. There is also no security there which is terrible. My family member has had a random patient barge in and scare her to the point that she cries and calls us. It should not be that easy for a patient to go into another patients room. They also have taken forever to give her insulin and take forever to come take her to the bathroom. They think that if a family member stays that they don’t have to do their job. They keep saying that she will go home but never come to meet with us about when she can go home. They need to change everything or else this place will eventually get shutdown. Her sugar has been going down and they haven’t been watching her when she doesn’t feel well. If we weren’t staying with her at the facility it’s possible she would have ended up in the hospital again because of the terrible way they care for the patients there. We had to leave her alone one night because no one let us in to the building and she can barely sit up and she’s shaking really bad because her sugar is low. This is ridiculous.
