Everyone giving this place good reviews is literally a worker from that facility. These people are horrible. I went in at a different time once and saw my dad lying in his throw up unconscious and when I spoke to the director, I think her name was Toni, she told me I could leave and take him if I didn’t like it. The volunteers there even told me to take him home cuz he was being mistreated. Please don’t take your loved ones here. My dad was okay, but 2 weeks of being here he soon met his end and died. He even fell here and all they did was call and leave a voicemail saying they found him on the floor. The grief has been way too much for me to speak out on it sooner, but please don’t fall for this. This nursing home is on Kansas City’s worst.

My mom was transferred from St Lukes to this facility because we saw good reviews on Google. Mom got there basically not responding due to a med she was given at St Lukes but thankfully never opened her eyes in this place. She was given a dirty bed with some dried drips of some bodily fluids showing. No one came to assess her for five hours. Mom is a fall risk. We were there the whole time fearful of where we left her. Her room had knats around the roomates food. There was a terrible urine smell. We stayed all night and the nurse came to apologize and ask us to sign her in or they would be in trouble. I refused. They did check her potassium and BP AFTER I COMPLAINED. This was the nastiest place I have ever visited. The aides and people were very nice. After they realized all of this the came the next morning and cleaned up and apologized. This was a nightmare. We finally got wird she could move to Tiffany Springs so she woke up at Tiffany Springs. I was thankful for this. I have photos and names of all involved. Someone mentioned I should post so orhers don’t see the good comments and assume all is good.
Read moreMy patient is very unhappy with the environment there. "Food is cold." "They took away my medications." "There is lots of cursing, even by the employees." "I can''t watch any TV."
Since Communicare took over this nursing home is HORRIBLE!!!! Pay attention to your love ones in this facility!
