Home Instead has provided a safe and friendly service for my wife Sharon. Lynn is our usual care giver but Jane, Ulma and Sarah have also provide the same care when Lynn isn’t available. The staff Melissa, Mary Jo, and Allison have also been very easy to work with.
We love Home Instead - their PCAs are of very high quality for both the client and spouse. Jordyn and Rahannah are exceptional - we would recommend Home Instead to others needing assistance.
My mother is pretty set in her ways, and her amazing caregiver is very good at cheerfully accommodating her needs. Her caregiver comes in twice a week, mainly for bathing assistance, but it also gives me some much needed time to myself. I feel confident that my mother is in very good hands.
We're currently using Home Instead Senior Care. They're fine. They come in three to five times a week and help my mother with cleaning, cooking, and bathing. They've been very good with scheduling. We chose them because we liked the personality of their representative.
