Home Instead has been a great caretaking partner for our dad. We work together to make things easier and safer for him. We have used them for over a year now, and we have confidence the individuals and staff. We set expectations and provided them in writing, to make sure everyone was on the same page. There have been some issues, which is to be expected when dealing with dementia but by talking about it, we were able to come up with workable solutions. Our caretakers really do care and we appreciate that.

Caregivers have almost always been wonderful, caring people with good communication skills, and management has been quick to respond to any requests that we have made. Yes, they are expensive, but the dependability and quality of service is worth it, in our opinion.
