Was waiting outside like 15 to 20 minutes & later on so was my dad to visit my mom. Apparently thr nurse supervisor with the white coat instructed her nurses to keep doing what they doing instead of opening the door for visiters.
I have a family member here. As a RN myself I can say that the care here is top notch. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a facility. This is not a nursing home, it''s a place filled with love and the staff is like family 9.5/10

None of the staff on my grandmother’s care team provided service that this women deserved— they decline pain medication, they decline injury and wound care AND disregard all instructions on the care plan. (I mean imagine finding lumps of black puree in the back of her throat when she cannot even swallow her secretions!) TERRIBLE treatment.
