If I could leave this place 0 I definitely would . I left a review last week and administration came to talk to me and asked I remove it , and I agreed to if they tried to do better . My grandparents have been here for almost a month .Let me start by saying that if you are even thinking about sending a loved one here , please do not . I have had to argue , send messages and beg for proper care . It is filthy , the staff ( not all , but most ) are the worst . I have had nurses argue with me and tell me aides can help me get my grandfather in bed and I didn’t need a nurse . My grandfathers teeth were thrown away , I was given gloves to go through the trash can myself and was told that medicare would probably pay for a new pair . the filth is awful . my grandfather was left in a pull up , he was so raw , to where he was bleeding . The lady at the front desk ( older lady ) is about the nicest , along with a nurse or 2 and a couple aids . administration here is about useless . There was an aide that told my aunt that getting her a drink is not in her job description. I will be calling whoever I have to in hopes that changes are made . This place is horrific . Please , do not bring a loved one here , from the bottom of my heart I promise you . My grandparents are leaving worse than when they came . This place should be shut down or all staff fired until they can hire people that actually care .

During my grandmother’s stay here, she had a great experience. Staff was wonderful and tended to her care needs when needed. She was initially fearful of coming into a facility but after her stay at Heritagespring, she feels more comfortable coming back if she ever needed to
Heritage to me is a second home, I love my residents, the staff and the building itself is beautiful! the renovations we are doing here right now are making this building look so much better and up to date. I would recommend anyone to come to our building in a heartbeat!

Heritage is a great place to have your loved one for skilled nursing or long term care. Friendly admissions and activities staff. The nurse manager there is very helpful. The building is clean and inviting.
