I hate this place for what they willingly put my mother through.
I notice all the good reviews were posted about a year ago. I cannot believe anyone found it professional or caring. My mother doesn''t get her bath about half the time; her bed goes unmade unless we make it. And her room goes days without being cleaned. Really considering making a move
