As a healthcare professional, I am very impressed with the new management of this facility. They provide high quality care and go above and beyond to provide excellent services to their patients and families. Great leadership!
Care is veryow. They have insufficient staff to the number of patients. Many of the entry level Healthcare assistants are unhelpful and downright rude. My person is often left hours at a time without proper changing and proper cleaning of the diaper area. Especially for females.
DO NOT put your loved ones in this facility . RUN They should be shut down . I wish there were negative stars for a rating .
