This place is wonderful, very trusted with my grandmother that has dementia. Food is good and the rooms are clean

They have a salon, occupational therapy, movie theater, restaurant-style eating, and a nice courtyard in the middle. The layout was very nice. They have an art class and a little library. It's nice overall. I had lunch and the experience was different from any other place. You had options. There was a whole separate menu to choose from. It was very classy. The chef did a great job. The dining hall was great with tall ceilings. It was very roomy, very much like a restaurant. There was no assigned seating or anything like that. You can sit wherever. It did not feel like assisted living at all.

So far our experience has been positive. My brother and/or I stop in at least 5 times a week. It's difficult to see Mom in this type of environment, but we are happy with Beach House. People seem to genuinely care about the residents and know each of them. Does feel good, although in recent weeks they may be a little short staffed. But overall we've had a positive experience, and I would recommend Beach House.
Read moreWhat we like most about this community is the staff. The are friendly and have a good team of medical staff. The management is capable as well. Based on the experience so far we would recommend Beach House community to other families.
Beach House gets 5 stars across the board. The leadership is exceptionally qualified, creative and warm. They are very personally engaged with each resident and go out of their way to ensure that residents feel like they are in a supportive and caring community.
