Worked as a super in a building with this company and the staff they had there were very unprofessional except for irwina and misty. George and tenisha made it a hostile work environment for me with some of their residents out of spite cause they didnt like me. When i reached out to the company vice president she acted like i was the bad guy and ignored the proof i presented. They need to seriously train their staff to respect the supers and the porters that do not work for them. The vice president seriously needs to investigate what i told her. Horrible service to most of the residents and no cooperation or consideration to the building staff. Left my job because of these people. Will never want to work with them again. 3/26 update. Irwina quit cause george made her do all his work and tenisha was bulling her. Yet they wont fire or take either george ir tenisha out the building. Debbie the VP does not care.

Molly was horrible and annoying to communicate with. The occupational therapist Dana and her colleague was a pleasure and were truly helpful in regards to self care at home. I had to wait three days in order to speak with a doctor, the nurses at the nursing station were rude. There were many occasions when I would walk up to the nursing station and greet the staff and would get no response.

My grandmother lived there for 10+ years. When she initially moved in she was 85 and weak. We did not expect her to be with us long. Over time she got stronger. The nice outdoor grounds and activities available really lifted her spirit. She lived until 96 and we were grateful for her care. Like any place, you need to remain involved, visit regularly, and get to know the staff and social worker. My friend''s mother recently moved into the Hebrew Home and while new restrictions are in place at times due to covid, her mother''s health is improving. My suggestion is if you want a place with a good range of facilities, decent food options, along with real outdoor space, this is a great place to consider. However, you need to remain actively involved: call your loved one daily, visit regularly. If/when issues pop up you can raise it and address it quickly. Most of the staff is great but like in any place all you need is 1 bad employee to impact care. That is what we did for my grandmother and my friend is doing for her mother and it really helps the quality of care.

So sad to report that my 82y/o mom’s stay this month of February was HORRIBLE. Nurses, Physical Therapist, Nutritionist did nothing to address our repeated conplaints. gross delays in having nurses attend to my mother resulted in her developing bedsores and foot fungus. Food was consistently Cold and always was missing items selected from menu. Physical therapy never provided equipment that we repeatedly told them my mother needed. Nutritionist never provided lactaid milk having repeated told her that my mother is lactose intolerant. During Her 2 week stay she was never seen by a Dr. despite our repeated request to have a podiatrist address painful callouses on her feet. It was only upon our demand to have her discharged that everyone decided to “listen”. This facility is the worst. Do not put your loved ones there!!! High probability of losing your loved ones sooner than God would have them go.

I called to locate a friend of mine . After speaking to EIGHT different people/voicemails, I gave up. My friend is in the nursing home for rehab. I was connected to Physical Therapy’s voicemail. I called the Operator back and was transferred to “Staffing” who immediately transferred me to the “Doctors” where I got ANOTHER voicemail. Back to the Operator who tried to connect me to Social Services but THEY weren’t picking up. Operator then connected me to Manager whose voicemail informed Me that she was OUT till June 1. HER vm instructed me to call her replacement who also wasn’t available. If their phone system is any indication of the services offered, you can FORGET it! Needless to say, I gave up and still don’t know where my friend is...this all happened on 5/28 between 2:30-2:50 pm.
