This place is more than awesome, My103 year lovely mom fractured 2 pelvis bones, and was in a lot of pain, but only after the 2nd day her improvement is incredible. There is no one staff member that is not outstanding, and committed to really helping their patients. CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EMPATHETIC, AND FRIENDLY, are just a few of the adjetives I can think of to describe them. I left my mom disoriented and in pain, and found her amazingly happy when I came back the following day. Thank You, our mom is the treasure of the family.

Do not recommend! While my family member said the nurse was hardworking and pleasant, the assistants (which patients mainly deal with) are nasty and unapproachable. They refused to give her medication at night, refused to give her ice for her surgical area, and offered her a diaper when she asked for assistance to go to the bathroom. She was supposed to be getting up and walking, but they couldn’t be bothered. The nurse call button was inoperable, so she suffered all night. The place is dingy and depressing. I understand staff shortages, but rudeness and incompetence are NEVER excusable. We removed her after a terrible 12 hours.

This place is a literal joke. I called for an hour and no one came to answer the phone. My dad has been sitting in his room for hours with no one checking in on him. How in the hell is this place still open?! I see that the PR response very apologetic but the staff on site absolutely doesn’t care ...
