I guess the front desk attendant feels it''s ok to hang up on family members, repeatedly! My father''s care has been horrible, and health care surrogates have been blocked from assisting the betterment of his care. Stay very far away from this place if you have loved ones desire treated with dignity...

THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO MY OWN HUSBAND OR TELL ME WHO IS CARING FOR HIM THIS EVENING. I AM HIS HCS. SHE HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER TELLING ME "IT IS A HIPAA VIOLATION." MY HUSBAND IS IN THE AL AND HAD JUST TOLD ME VIA PHONE HE WAS ALONE AND NO-ONE WAS THERE...
