Mom did PT for about 3 weeks then another 3 weeks after she’d got home…I’m thankful I was steered towards Brackenville I knew nothing about nursing homes…I’m not putting my mom on a nursing home!! But she had to go the nursing home for the PT…this place is a “skilled nursing facility” I had my reasons for only giving 4 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ but they took good care of my mom…I was there every morning b4 work and after work. If I could have spent the nite I would’ve…also Brackenville is also a 24 hour facility…I could have gone at anytime and I loved that so “thank you Brackenville for taking care of mom 🙏🏽

The nurses and dietitians are warm and friendly. The facility is very clean and well organized. There are many healthy dietary options for the residents to choose from. The rooms are spacious with a view. The best part, you can visit your loved ones at any time, without calling ahead to let them know you are coming. The assurance that your loved ones are in good hands and receiving great care is vital. They welcome feedback.
