Beyond happy that my dad is here now! He is at Promedica for short term skilled care and after my visit yesterday I am so pleased! As a professional in senior care when I enter the building, everyone is smiling, polite, professional and helpful. Everyone looks happy! They are treating my dad with respect and dignity as he fights his way back, and they seem to "get him". I would recommend the Lynchburg building to anyone who wants good care in a clean professional place! Thank you Kim Scruggs and everyone else there taking care of my dad! You are the best!+

If you Love your Loved ones and this place is your option, I would highly recommend taking them home or out of town. A prison cell is more appealing and they get better care and service....

I''ve read the bad reviews but I can honestly say my mother is receiving skilled compassionate care at Heartland. Staff have been responsive to our requests and questions and treat her like family. Yes, The building and fixtures need updating and the food leaves much to be desired, but the staff from CNAs to nurses, office personnel etc have been wonderful and most importantly we can rest at night knowing my mother is receiving the skilled care we cannot provide at home right now. We applaud the workers who give their all during these trying times. THANK YOU!
