I visited one of your patients today and found the facility clean and the rooms were comfortable. Not much going on on the weekend but an aide stopped in to see if she wanted to go outside for a while. Keep up the good work! Thanks

Absolute disaster. We keep getting mixed messages of the type of care our loved one is getting; IF we get messages at all! Trying to get ahold of someone there to inquire about the poor level of care is near impossible. Avoid allowing your loved one(s) to be placed here if at all possible. We are working diligently to try and get our loved one moved to a different facility and will be filing a formal complaint with the state.

I am thankful that SKLD Muskegon was able to take my father, who was recovering from Covid. I was informed before I visited that I would need to be in full protective wear. This included a mask, face shield, gloves and a disposable clothing cover. All of which was provided by SKLD. I was thrilled to see that they followed through. When I went to use the restroom I was able to see that the whole wing for Covid patients was closed off from the rest of the building. I even had to enter and exit that wing from the outside door for that wing. My dads room was clean. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING ALL PATIENTS/RESIDENTS SAFE! I made my visit on Christmas Eve, instead of everyone being impatient and in a hurry to go home, everyone greeted me with a smile in their eyes. I was reminded that I can call anytime with questions or for updates. Thank you all for your kindness and all that you do!
