I came to Heartis in October and have been very happy with the activities, food, therapy and care. I want to give a shout out to Jeremy in PT, Alexis and Tatianna as caregivers for always being cheerful and making me smile, Dee, Malek, and Shari in the dining room for remembering what I like and making me laugh! If you can’t be at home, this is a nice place to be I also want to give a special thanks to Steve and Abbey in the nursing dept for helping me with insurance and minor medical attention. Both Katies, Ross, and LeAnn do a great job in administration, and Ashley does a super job with all the activities. Other places don’t compare! I forgot to mention Nick and Taylor in the dining room!

I was employeed with this company for a while. Everything was okay until the new management team joined. E.D, B.O.D & LPN. The nurse hired her daughter to work directly under her of course there’s a great amount of favoritism shown. If you dare complain you’ll be written up or terminated. The nurse Abby and the maintenance man are also sleeping together inside and outside the building (Both Have Spouses). These are not rumors but proven FACTS! The nurse daughter is also sleeping with residents grandkids! I tried multiple times to contact corporate but they will not respond, since no one will listen. I’ll just leave this here!!!! Oh & They also have a med tech who works their name Michelle who basically is living in the building rent free, working over 16 hours at a time with no real reason other than she lives 2hours away. Should’ve picked a job closer to her home! Katie B.O.D plays with payroll as well!! & Most of these comments are from the HR & Corporate. FAKE COMMENTS AND REVIEWS!

My mother has been at Heartis since, Jan 2023. Her care has been phenomenal! Leanne in Marketing was my first contact with Heartis Brookfield. She took time aside from my tour to talk to me and share her personal experience and understanding of the transition for my mother. The Generations Manager [name removed] truly LOVES her residents and makes sure ALL caregivers provide excellent care. [name removed] knows my mom's history and updates me often. [name removed] considers the residents as family and provides any care needed along with her role as manager. Never hesitates to help! She takes the time to sit and talk with my mom. They all know me by first name and I am always welcomed. I toured 8 memory care facilities prior to coming to Heartis Brookfield. None compare to the cleanliness, care, and compassion. Even when she was hospitalized staff came to visit. They go above and beyond not because they have to, but because they love what they do.
