They start off ok. But then the night staff is lazy, never answered the phones when my father was there, don’t keep you up to date with the care of your family member unless they’re there for short term.. my father ended up getting a septic infection because of a wound that they claim they would care for and never did and when he was sent out staff never contacted any of his emergency contacts.. we found out he was passing when the hospital informed us they was trying to resuscitate him💔

Although my wife Rachael was taken care of by the nursing staff, the service by William the social director leaves much to be desired. He never answers his phone nor does he return calls. A pathetic way to do business. He cares less for the patients and that is no good.
My father in law was in Hamlin Place for Rehab for a little over 6 weeks and the nursing and rehab staff was absolutely incredible. That is why I gave 5 stars. My father in law was in Hamlin Place for Rehab for a little over 6 weeks and the nursing and rehab staff was absolutely incredible. That is why I gave 5 stars. However William the social worker or discharge planner whatever his title is was absolutely worthless. If I had to do the review based on his performance it would be less than -1 star. The homecare nurses that he set up knew nothing about what my dad needed. A wound vac was supposed to be ordered and that was never conveyed to the homecare nurses which has now delayed his treatment ! My wife and I have both been in healthcare for over 25 years and have never seen such horrible discharge planning.
