I am very satisfied with the care CC provided for my 98-year-old mother during her 3-week stay. My mother suffered a mild stroke that left her unable to walk as she once did. I felt that she was attended to in a great manner, as I was there every day and able to observe the daily happenings. The staff fed her (as she was unable to do it herself), and her diaper was always cleaned in a timely manner. Additionally, she was cleaned every morning and night, with her gown being changed daily and her hair combed into a ponytail. The staff was extremely kind to my mother, which put me at ease during the times I wasn''t able to be there. My mother herself told me that she was happy with her stay and was never mistreated. The only improvements I suggest would be having more staff during evenings and weekends, as sometimes it would take a few minutes to get someone to attend to her needs, such as changing her diaper or getting her more water. I would also strongly suggest a possible new paint job for the facility rooms, as the color of the walls is extremely old and scratched up. Initially, I was unsettled by the appearance of the walls. Nonetheless, I recommend this facility for your loved one''s care. A big thank you to the entire staff for your kind care to my mother. She is extremely grateful for the way they treated her!
