Diana is very willing to make meals while she's there, but if she could cook meals other than a sandwich for dinner, mom would appreciate that. Right now, Diana, is very nice and mom likes her a lot. Mom wishes that Diana would let mom speak for herself when they go out.
He can trust that he's getting the proper medications set up for him and they are a second set of eyes for the family who are not available to see the situation. I like the extensiveness of the care.
They take responsibility off of my shoulders and I know she is being taken care of. They are professional and do a good job, as well as are responsible and dependable.
The staff can have some disciplinary actions. They can improve the training of their staff.
