I arrived last Thursday, I am here for rehab, after a surgery in my left leg, all the staff had been very nice, caring and professional. The food is by far very delicious, and have a lot of variety, they very accommodating with my requests. They all are very kind, specially Abby a CNA does a really good job, Liz provides an excellent customer service and is very accommodating with my requests. I will definitely recommend anybody who needs this services.

I warn you to never bring your loved one here. My mom was transferred there from a hospital in January 2022. She was there for physical and occupational therapy after having Covid. My mom had dementia this place did not have any safety protocol for dementia patients. On several occasions we forced them to put alarms on her bed and wheelchair for fall precautions. She fell numerous times because they did not keep the alarms on. We had 3 different employees suggest we remove my mom from that facility. On February 9th I called Patricia Williams her social worker and Hilda Derzsy to get one of them to draw up transfer papers to get her out of there. I never received a call. We had her care plan meeting at the end of February almost 30 days on the date of her admission (this is to be done within the first week) We found a facility that would take her without a transfer, 3 days after the care plan meeting we had them draw up transfer papers and went to go see my mom while we waited. We got to her room and she was almost dead, not responsive paramedics were called and she was taken to LaGrange Hospital where she had double lung pneumonia. If we had not been there she would have died. No nurses or anyone checked on her, they had no idea she was that way or how long she''d been like that.WE HAD ALSO GOTTEN AN EMAIL AFTER MY MOM HAD BEEN TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FROM THEM SENDING THEIR CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF MY MOTHER, MY RESPONSE WAS SHE ISN''T DEAD, WE GOT HER OUT JUST IN TIME !!! I feel terrible for the residents who have no family to visit we were there almost daily to check on her and yet they did not care. They missed taking her to doctors appointments , do not return phone calls and no one knows what the other is doing around there. Soiled diapers on the floor, dirty bloody sheets, my mom''s roomate''s foley bag on the floor. I have filed complaints with IDPH and Medicare. This place needs to be shut down and I am in utter shock they have not been as of yet.
